For those of you who grew up in the 80s you probably remember towards the late 80s and early 90s there were people who thought that rat tails were cool.  They kind of faded away and we all hoped the trend died.  Unfortunately it has regained popularity in in the Latino community.  Not only do a lot of teenage guys have the, but they sometimes even bleach the rat tail so it looks blond.  Why draw attention to that?  In Puerto Rican communities you even see guys shaving designs into their head, as if thats popular again.

I keep seeing this all the time, especially with Puerto Ricans. Why are they wearing their sun glasses inside? All you have to do is go to a mall with a lot of Latinos and you’ll see it. You’ll see it even more if you travel to Puerto Rico.

Lets try to understand why they do this. Is it because it looks cool? Or is it an act of covering up your face, hiding a little bit of the ugliness? I am guessing its probably a little bit of both. Sun glasses can look cool, but if you’re some 17 year old that can’t go anywhere in public without wearing them you just look ridiculous.

Here is some math to follow: Sun + Being Outside = Sun Glasses. No Sun + Being Inside + 10pm at night = You’re a fucking moron.
